Mountain like structure and
Wait in line. The butterflies in
My stomach tell me to change my mind.
"You have to do it" is what my friends say;
So I do since I've been waiting all day.
Once I get on, it's not that bad,
And after I get off I'm actually

As I'm looking out my window
Skateboarding
Riding it is so much fun
jumping up and flipping it around
kickflips off ledges
ollies down 6 sets
speeding down huge hills
messing up and falling down
getting up and trying again
endless possibilies
the best thing in the world
Why do I always have to move around?
what if I just want to relax?
they flip me over all the time
constantly stepping all over me
the only joy I get is when they fall down and get hurt
until they step on me again
and fly me down stairs
I wish I had never been cut into a
skateboard

I am from a white
family who's ancestors came
here from Europe in the
early 1900's.
Walking around my house, you
will see family members
cooking, cleaning, and coming together.
My dad on the grill cooking
kielbasa, my mom in the kitchen
cooking perogies on
the stove, and my grandmother
picking up around the house.
All of the children are playing
around the house waiting to
have a good, homemade, Polish
dinner.
